Product Returns - furniture:
We want you to be delighted with your new furniture but if it's found to be damaged or defective on delivery, your delivery team will notify us immediately on your behalf and we will collect the item at our expense within 7 working days.
If you do not wish to have a replacement, we will provide you with a full refund including your delivery charge.
If the damage or defect is discovered within 5 working days from delivery, please contact us by email immediately.
Returning small items:
If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival please email email@example.com or telephone 01743 464451 and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible with free delivery.
Alternatively we will refund the full value of the goods, plus the delivery and return delivery charges, in the same method of payment as you made ie credit or debit card.
You may also return the item to any of our stores with a valid proof of purchase.
If the faulty or damaged item has not been returned to us within 28 working days of our acknowledgement we will deem the return to be null and void.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
