Our Shrewsbury, Winsford & Newcastle-under-Lyme stores are closed for the Christmas break from 19th to 25th December inclusive. Re-opening Boxing Day at 10am. Open 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th & 30th December 10am-6pm. 31st December 10am-5pm, Sunday 1st January 11am-5pm, Monday 2nd January 10am-6pm.

If you have an enquiry or any issues regarding goods that have been delivered please contact our Customer Service Department by calling 01743 464451, between 9am-4.30pm Monday to Saturday or email customerservice@alanward.co.uk.
Alternatively contact the sales representative at the store where you placed your order on the telephone number below. Store opening times are Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10.30am-5pm. We are open every day of the year except for Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.
