When you place your order either online or instore we will provide an approximate delivery lead time which is given to the best of our knowledge at the time of ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control. In the meantime if you wish to contact us regarding the progress of your order please telephone the store where you placed your order. You will find the telephone number on the front of your sales order.
Our Distribution Centre will telephone you when your goods are in stock. They will telephone you again the day before the arranged delivery date with an approximate time of delivery. For security purposes we require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for your goods in person, we ask that you arrange for a responsible adult to be present on your behalf. We cannot arrange delivery unless any outstanding balance of payment is paid prior to delivery or finance has been previously agreed.
We will store your goods in our Distribution Centre free of charge for one month after the goods have come into stock. We will continue to store the goods for a further month providing payment is made in full.
We offer 2 levels of delivery, standard and premium. If you select the standard delivery our uniformed 2 man delivery team will place the items in the room(s) of your choice. Our premium delivery option includes removing all packaging and setting the items ready for you to use. We will then take away all the packaging and dispose of it in accordance with our recycling policy.
