What do I do if my furniture is damaged when it arrives?

Naturally we endeavour to deliver all our furniture in good condition. At Alan Ward we have spent many hours talking to our suppliers about packing and shipping our products so they arrive safely. We pride ourselves on having the best delivery teams in the business and are constantly looking for ways to improve these standards.
It is disappointing for you and us when occasionally things go wrong. When your order has been unwrapped in your home and there are signs of damage, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling FREEPHONE 0845 600 900 3 between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Saturday and we will be happy to help.
We undertake:
- To deal with your complaint fairly, confidentially and effectively
- To acknowledge your complaint and provide a likely timescale for resolving it
- To keep you updated on progress made.
