SALES CONSULTANT - SHREWSBURY

The Role

We are looking for Sales Consultants to join our successful Sales Team to carry out diligently the work of a Sales Consultant. This includes selling to the general public in accordance with the prices, policies and procedures.
Sales targets for each Sales person will be set by the Store Manager and the company expects all Sales Consultants to make a determined commitment to achieving those targets.

Responsibilities:

• To effectively engage with all Customers

• Proactively seek to improve and develop performance to be in line with Company expectations and targets.

• To attend and participate in Store Meetings, team development and attend Training workshops where relevant.

• Processing orders on our in-house computerised system.

• Be aware of our Competitors strengths and weaknesses, keeping up to date with their promotional activity.

ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE 

 The Role

 Responsible for managing the web at all times, including uploading new products, working with the creative team and sharing relevant content through our various social media channels.

Responsibilities:

 1. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operation, Customer Service and other teams to drive e-commerce sales growth across the business. 

2. Drive web traffic and conversion rates.

3. Project Management of a new website build in conjunction with the selected web development agency. 

4. Manage the web ‘shop front’ at all times throughout the day ensuring all promotional activity goes live correctly and according to plan. 

5. Ensure new products are uploaded in a timely manner and produce engaging and accurate product copy across the furniture business. 

6. Work with the creative marketing team to ensure the website imagery and banners are updated frequently in line with seasonality and offers. 

7. Work with the stores and buying department to procure the necessary product specifications and content. 

8. Follow best practice to create and optimise information for existing products, as well as looking for opportunities to implement and upsell across the site. 

9. Create and upload content across various formats and channels and play an active role in quality control to help maintain the integrity of the brand. 

10. Share relevant content through our various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest and drive customer clicks and engagement. 

11. Maintain regular social media publishing schedule.
