SALES CONSULTANT - SHREWSBURY

The Role

We are looking for Sales Consultants to join our successful Sales Team to carry out diligently the work of a Sales Consultant. This includes selling to the general public in accordance with the prices, policies and procedures.
Sales targets for each Sales person will be set by the Store Manager and the company expects all Sales Consultants to make a determined commitment to achieving those targets.

Responsibilities:

• To effectively engage with all Customers

• Proactively seek to improve and develop performance to be in line with Company expectations and targets.

• To attend and participate in Store Meetings, team development and attend Training workshops where relevant.

• Processing orders on our in-house computerised system.

• Be aware of our Competitors strengths and weaknesses, keeping up to date with their promotional activity.

OFFICE CLERK - CHESTER STORE


• Ensure adequate stationery supplies are maintained and re-ordered as necessary with prior authorisation.

• Deputise for the Office Manager as required

• Dealing with external and internal telephone calls in a polite and professional manner, transferring calls or taking messages as appropriate. This will involve handling sales enquires by telephone and passing on information to the relevant person.

• Updating computer system with complete, accurate information, following the system process with sales information.

Additional Duties:

• To assist with other Office functions as required i.e. Finance Payments, gaining experience in different areas.

• To ensure work is carried out in conjunction with the Health and Safety Policy, reporting breaches of Health and Safety to the Store Manager.

• To liaise with the First Aiders to ensure that any supplies used from the First Aid Box are replenished.

• To assist with any further duties required as instructed by the Store Manager.
